Priceline Hotel: Need help with Orlando hotel bidding near New Year's Eve

Hi,

I am trying to bid 2 rooms from Dec 29 to Jan 2.

My preferred zones are Seaworld - International south; universal - international north. My original hope is $40 - 50 for a 3* hotel.

But I tried several times in the last week, I even could not get a 2.5* up hotel at $70.

Is it because of the new year's eve? Or did I bid too early?

You might look at Hotwire. For your dates - 3* Seaworld South, I saw $57,57,57 and 46. If I did all 4 days at once, I saw $57.

If you post the amenity list back here, usually the experts can make a well-educated guess as to what the Hotwire offering might be.

Would you please help me identify this 3* hotel at SeaWorld - I-drive South (Orlando)? I could not find matching hotel from your list.

It has following Amenities:

Resort, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Laundry Facilities (self-service), Tennis Nearby, Spa Services,Kitchenette, Children's Activity Program.

The Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa has previously been seen with this amenity set, but at the 3.5* level, i'd speculate that it has been downgraded since last reported to the board and that would be my best guess for this one.
