I dont want a boutique type hotel - would like a standard hotel room. No sharing bathrooms :) Also I dont want to be in a residential area.

This would likely be the Indigo.

I don't know of a property in downtown Chicago w/shared bathrooms, especially above the 2* level. In terms of a residential area, the Indigo is at the South end of a patch of high-end (and in some cases historic) apartments. A block or so South starts the Gold Coast area, which has a variety of restaurants/nightlife, and the top of the NMA area is a few minutes walk away. I'm seeing what appears to be the Hyatt on Wacker for $87. Would that be of interest?

Yes I would definitly be interested in the Hyatt. Where is that deal at?

3*Magnificent Mile Area - Streeterville area hotel

Amenities:

Complimentary Breakfast, Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access

What might this one be?

The 3* Mag Mile (Complimentary Breakfast, Hi-Speed Internet, Business) would be a possible match for the Holiday Inn Express Cass.

I'm seeing a 4* Mag Mile w/ Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Spa which would be a possible match for the Hyatt.

I see a 4* hotel in the Mag Mile zone but it has different amenities then this posted above... are you not seeing any 4* hotel in the Mag Mile zone when searching HOTWIRE, or does just not have the amenities indicated above?
