I've been bidding on 4* hotels in NY for 6 years and NEVER have I gotten a property like this... It shouldn't be rated a 4*. 3* would be more fitting. No way should it be in the same range as a W Hotel or even Sheraton. Now it completely takes the MTW zone out of my options.
