1. Started out with $60 for a 3.5* hotel in Toronto (Downtown North). Refused.

2. Added Brampton and raised my bid to $68. Refused.

3. Added Burlington - Oakville South and raised my bid to $71. Refused.

4. Added Don Valley and raised my bid to $74. Refused.

5. Added Oakville and raised my bid to $77. Accepted.

The outcome was half expected, as I've "won" Delta Chelsea in my last two bidding. Not the prettiest hotel, but location can't be beat.
