MzJ242 Posted November 22, 2011 Report Posted November 22, 2011 I am new to the whole Pricelince.com "Name Your Own Price" deal and I'm on a budget for a holiday trip, so I decided the give it a try...I Started out bidding with a few zones in the Ft Lauderdale area for 3.5* hotel at $35 and got rejected. So I used the rebidding method by switching up the zones and increasing my bids so that I didn't have to wait for the 24hr period to go by. I kept bidding with $1 increments and decreasing the hotel star rating. After being rejected a few times, my deal was finally "in the bag" at a 2* Extended Stay Deluxe hotel in Pompano Beach, Fl for $35 a night. So with $29.85 in taxes, I paid a total of $204.85 for my queen sized bedroom suite for 5 nights!Now that's a deal! :D
