Priceline Hotel: Priceline Puerto Rico Bid Question

Hi, I wanted to book a 4* hotel in San Juan and can see that the only hotel listed is the La Concha Renaissance which I would love to get.

What are the chances of them 'awarding' me with a Resort instead given that the Resort is listed as a separate bidding category under the 1* button?

When you select a star rating it is the minimum that you are willing to accept, so if you choose 4* your bid could be upgrade to a RESORT rated property (as well, see the comments at the top of the priceline hotel list in regards to the hotel lists only having hotels reported to the board, unknown upgrades/downgrades, etc)

For the HOTWIRE property above, these amenities have previously been associated with the Caribe Hilton, but that property was last reported to the board at the 3.5* level, so i'm guessing that this property has since been upgraded and that would be my best guess for the HOTWIRE hotel above.
