I am travelling to London on March 12-16 next year, and am looking at 2 hotels:

5* Mayfair - Soho, facilities:

* Fitness Center

*Restaurant(s)

*Business Center

*Laundry Facilities (self-service)

*High-Speed Internet Access

*Golf Nearby

*Tennis Nearby

*Spa Services

I'm thinking maybe the Intercontinental Park Lane?

I'm totally stumped on the 4* Westminster which has:

*Fitness Center

*Restaurant(s)

*Business Center

*High-Speed Internet Access

Any ideas?

I am looking to stay in London from March 12-16th, and I have been trying some cheeky bids of around $180 for 5* accomodation for the above areas without success.

I realise we are still 4 months away, so there may not be much up yet, but has anyone had successful bids in those areas and what was realistic?

With the 5* HOTWIRE property above at $260+ per nite and your current maximum 5* bid only at $180, are you wiling to pay $250+ for a room for this stay at this time... or would you sooner trip bidding higher on PRICELINE?

Good question, I would probably go a little higher. Priceline worries me a little, as with Hotwire I can have a good guess at what the hotel is, with Priceline that's not the case, so I don't want to pay as much of a premium...

Pretty pleased with this, as it is closer to where we want to be (Covent Garden)
