I was hoping for La Quinta but got Ramada Limited.Room Subtotal: $42.00Taxes & Fees: $13.03Total Charged to Card: $55.03I checked Ramada Limited online - right now they have a 21 day prepaid advance rate for 62.51 tax included - so I saved about $7.50!I think it's interesting that the lower star hotels often give you internet, free breakfast, frig, and microwave - maybe to make up for the icky bedspreads and plastic cups!Still love priceline and betterbidding! Thanks!

While the savings are not HUGE, glad to see you're pleased with the results and this property will work well for your needs. The higher rated hotels often have more 'nickel and dime' items (internet free, no free breakfast, etc) since much of their clientele are business travelers on expensive accounts who are somewhat price incentive. As a result, it's easy for a hotel to charge $15/day for internet, $20/day for buffet breakfast, etc, etc. Thank you for sharing your win with the board.
