My son and his family live in San Diego so we have stayed at a variety of hotels. Holiday Inn San Diego Downtown is in a good location and has a wonderful staff and nice rooms. Because we liked the hotel, I accepted and additional 3 days at 100 rather than move after 4 days. The Hotwire rates increased for the Downtown area from my 7 days @ 71 to 3 days @78.
