Sounds like it could be the Holiday Inn Express, but that is listed as a 2.5 star here.

I greatly appreciate any help I can get! This is a last minute trip to surprise our son and daughter who are students in Manhattan and don't get much time off for Thanksgiving. My budget is so tight!

A 3* property has not yet been reported to the board with this amenity set, the Holiday Inn Express would be a likely candidate if it has been upgraded since last reported to the board, but until it is reported as such, there is no way to know if this is indeed an upgraded Holiday Inn Express or if it's some other property not yet reported.

Do your children go to school downtown, for if not, there would seem to be more centrally located properties offered for these dates (for not too much more)
