I was so fixated on the Lorien once I saw the amenities list that I was surprised to see the Monaco. But in a good way - given that the latter has a pool and the former doesn't.

Smoke Free Rooms (this wasn't included on BB's main Hotwire list, but makes sense in retrospect - I think all Kimptons are SF)

High-Speed Internet Access

Worth noting that this originally came up on the results page @ $98/nt ("under $100 for a DC 4-star ... woo-hoo!"), but changed to $101/nt when I tried to book it.
