Priceline Hotel: Conway (North) Help with bidding please

Hi

New user to priceline/hotwire and would like to bid for a hotel in North Conway (only) and need wifi. Would love to pay no more than 60-65 per night, but can go a bit higher if necessary. I would like this weekend 11/11/2011-11/13/2011. I dont know where to begin with pricing, even after browsing through the threads on this board, so any help would be appreciated! And Ill gladly use the links provided to bid..

What is your minimum star rating for this stay? If less than 3.5* are you willing to pay more for a higher rated hotel OR is your goal the least expensive hotel at the minimum star rating you designate?

There seem to be very few properties for North Conway area specific, and I am familiar with them all..I would love the 3.5* hotel, as it is right in the location I want (the outlets), but would take the lesser starred hotels as well as they are all pretty close, so I guess I am looking for a great rate...I have a reservation on hold directly with a hotel (direct reservation) for $73/night, so would not want to go over $70, even for the 3.5.

So do you want to first bid for a 3.5* up to $xx, then if rejected try for a 3* up to $yy... or is 'great rate' the least expensive 3* or better for this stay?
