Hotwire Hotel: Need help to ID 4*, Orlando, Lake Buena Vista

Looking for a Hotel in Orlando / Lake Buena Vista area for Dec 11 to Dec 16 and found those two that I could not really match to the Hotel List:

1) 4* - Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney area hotel, 76 USD per night

85% recommended

15 USD resort fee

Resort, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Spa Services

Edit: Seems to be the Buena Vista Palace Walt Disney World Resort? Could not verify wether they charge a resort fee though.

2) 4* - Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney area condo, 78 USD per night

90% recommended

no resort fee indicated

Resort

Fully-equipped Kitchen

Free Parking

Washer and Dryer in Room

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

24-hour Front Desk

High-Speed Internet Access

Condo

Edit: After looking at the Hotel list again this might be the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa?

Any ideas which Hotels those might be?

The first property is a match for the Buena Vista Palace so that would be my best guess for this one.

For the second property, we have not yet seen a Condo property reported to the board with this amenity set. However, if you change your search to 4adults/0children a 'new' 4* Condo appears in this zone with:

Condo, Resort, 2BR, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Kitchen, Spa, Laundry(in room), Free Parking, 24HR Front Desk

This is a match for the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa and that would be my best guess for this one. The previous listing could also be the LBV Resort Village and Spa with some of the amenities 'missing', but if you are interested in trying to target this property, purchasing as 4adults/0children would be the 'safer' way to do it, imo.

Thanks for the reply and this forum in general, the Hotel list helped me to get some good deals in the past.

Both of these Hotels are not quite what I was looking for and I ended up booking another Hotel.
