Brian1979 Posted October 22, 2011 Report Posted October 22, 2011 This is my first post...I won a free night at the Trump Hotel at Central Park from an online contest. I've got a room booked at ThePodHotel as a backup, in case I can't find a decent deal anywhere else. I'm traveling a lone. I was trying to stick around Midtown for my two paid nights, but if I can get a decent price at a 4* in another area, I'd be happy. This hotel is recommended by 90% of customers in Hotwire reviews. Can anybody help me ID this property?

Brian1979 Posted November 5, 2011 Author Report Posted November 5, 2011 I placed a $200 bid for a room in MTE, in hopes I would get the Grand Hyatt. I received a counteroffer of $230 and accepted it. I didn't get the Grand Hyatt, but I did get the W New York Hotel. I am still very pleased, considering the prices I have seen for these nights.
