Added in another city center location (knowing I most likely wouldn't get the sports complex/city center locations for that low). Bid $54. Declined. Added another city center location. Bid $57, accepted. After taxes the total is $74.67. The room was going on another site for $105 after taxes. I'm very happy with this property =]
