If I bid on 3 * property in the Osage beach zone;

Is Tan Tara the only possibility?

Can I win a hotel that is listed as a 2 1/2* hotel on the retail side with a 3* bid?

The hotels on the 'name your own price' side of the PRICELINE service are usually rated the same as thru the 'retail' side of their service. HOWEVER, the two parts of their service use a different universe of hotels, and while there is a lot of overlap between the two services, there are some hotels which participate on the 'retail' service and not the 'opaque' service, and some which participate with the 'opaque' service but not the 'retail' service... so there can never be a 'known' finite list of possible hotels in a given area.
