Priceline Hotel: 3* DC (Crystal City) Hilton Crystal City At Ronald Reagan National Airport

I got the Hilton Crystal City for $64, $80 including taxes for 1 night, Nov 12-13. I bid once before using the same price point, but only including hotels in DC proper and it wasn't accepted. The hotel has mixed reviews. Does anyone know if it's possible to change reservations made using Priceline bidding?
