These amenities are common for a 4* hotel in any city, but a hotel in this zone with this exact amenity set has not yet been reported to the board.

The World Hotel or the Club Quarters World Trade, either showing fewer amenities then the last time they were reported to the board would be a guess, but i'm far from certain.
