hayworth24 Posted November 2, 2011 Report Share Posted November 2, 2011 Just bid on 5* Las Vegas (Strip South) for Friday, 11/18 and Saturday, 11/19 bid was accepted for $131.00/night for Aria Hotel. I have used priceline before but not for 5* in Las Vegas so I am pleased with the price. Thanks.Also, can someone shed some light on how to ask for an upgrade with a Priceline booking? Thanks. As far as an upgrade, you can ask at check-in, be as friendly and cheerful as possible, and if you desire tell a 'story' about how it's your anniversary (if traveling with a significant other), first time in Vegas, etc, etc, and ask if there are any complimentary upgrades. If you're willing to risk $20 or so, you can also try tipping the front desk clerk, as discussed in this Hotel Tipping thread.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
