jazzyincali Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 Hi, we are going to Grand Cayman for a week first week of Feb 2012 and right now hotels are extremely expensive. I read on the forum that some of you were able to get Grand Cayman Beach Suites for $160-200 in Feb 2011 through Hotwire. My question are:1. When did you book?2. Is nov the most expensive time to book, will the price drop later when it gets closer?3. Hotwire offers $325 right now for 4* hotel on Grand Cayman, will that change later? Thanks!!

jazzyincali Posted November 3, 2011 Author Report Posted November 3, 2011 Hi I have clicked the HOTWIRE link.
thereuare Posted November 3, 2011 Report Posted November 3, 2011 1. When did you book?If you find the threads where you have seen other book, it's generally assumed that they won at the same time as posting (or within a few days of posting)2. Is nov the most expensive time to book, will the price drop later when it gets closer? If i'm interpreting your question correctly, rates are more specific to the dates of your trip as opposed to the month in which you book. Nobody can say if rates will go down... or move even higher... between now and your stay. For more on this subject see this Bid Early or Close to Arrival thread.3. Hotwire offers $325 right now for 4* hotel on Grand Cayman, will that change later?See this When I Book Will Prices Go Down post in our PRICELINE FAQ.What are the actual dates of your stay? What is your maximum bid per nite for this trip? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
