Priceline Hotel: 4* New York City (Midtown East) Grand Hyatt New York

Hi All,

Many thanks to all who post and contribute on this forum. Couldn't have got the above deal without all your help.

Been bidding for ages for over 2 months, going up to $200 but with no joy.

Then yesterday I saw that someone had won the Grand Hyatt at $140 so I tried again.

Started with CPS, MTW and TS separately while adding the 5 free re-bid zones going up to $180 but with no luck.

First bid $130 on MTE and received a message saying a hotel would accept my bid if I increased it by $30.

I declined and increased by $10 to $140 and won the above.

Extremely happy with this as most hotels are going for double this price for the same period.
