Priceline Hotel: Phila, PA: Difficulty getting a room 11/9 -11/12

I'm trying to get a 3.5-4* room for these dates. Starting at 100 and went all the way to 125. What am I doing wrong?

Rates are very high for these dates and many hotels are sold-out... what is the best rate you're able to find for a 3.5* or higher hotel in the Downtown zone for this stay?
