Priceline Hotel: 4* MTW/MTE $180 10/2-10/7 rejected

Hi!

I'm trying to get two rooms at a 4* in MTW/MTE, max bid $180, but rejected.

The dates are 10/1-10/7. I've also tried to change dates to 10/2-10/7 to avoid saturday check-in, but no joy.

I can see that the rates for the beginning of october is high, do you think there is any chance at all to get it for $180 for those dates?

Or am i bidding too early?

Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.
