Hotwire Hotel: Help ID: 1* Las Vegas Near Strip South

Hi! I don't think this property has been reported to the board yet but I was wondering if you had any idea what it might be:

1* Near Strip South

$38 per night from 11/16-11/20

Amenities: Suite, Fitness Center, Pool, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High Speed Internet Access, Kitchenette.

I was originally looking for something in the 2* to 2.5* range, but the Suite and Kitchenette intrigued me. I've cross-checked this with hotel searches on Orbitz, Hotels.com and Priceline, and I can't figure out what it is! The listing also reveals it is rated 3.0 out of 5 on TripAdvisor, but there aren't any 1* hotels with a 3.0 rating on TripAdvisor. Because it's a 1* hotel I'd be nervous to book without having a pretty good idea of what I'm going to get. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This property has not yet been reported to the board, but my guess would be the Crestwood Suites.

If you are interested in this property, you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
