In your instance, you would look under "Other Countries - Priceline (or Hotwire)." There are no Singapore wins reported for Christmas time this year, but the moderators should be able to help you with the best bidding strategy if you can provide them with the dates of your travel, star rating you seek, and the best retail rate you have been able to find in your search for a hotel during this time period.
