jupes Posted October 25, 2011 Report Posted October 25, 2011 This is my first post and I am very intrigued by this board. Please help if you can and I thank you in advance. My guesses are beside each hotel descriptions just to see if I understand potentially what I have been reading from previous posts. I have a few different options for my Las Vegas trip on Nov 3rd-6th/20114.5* - $233/night - Las Vegas Strip - South Area Hotel - 90% guest approval rating (My guess would be THE HOTEL/Mandalay Bay ??)Ammentities:ResortCasinoFitness CenterPoolsRestaurants Business CenterHigh Speed InternetGolf Nearby Tennis NearbySpa Services4* - $171/night - Las Vegas Strip - North Area Hotel - 80% guest approval rating (My guess would be TI ??)Amentities: CasinoFitness CenterPoolsRestaurants Business CenterGolf NearbySpa Services4* - $170/night - Las Vegas Strip - South Area Hotel - 65% guest approval rating (My guess would be Hyatt ??)Amentities:CasinoFitness CenterPoolsRestaurants Business CenterGolf NearbySpa Services
thereuare Posted October 25, 2011 Report Posted October 25, 2011 Welcome to BetterBidding!I agree with your guesses for each of the first 2 hotels, but the third property matches the MGM Grand and NYNY, so that would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
jupes Posted October 25, 2011 Author Report Posted October 25, 2011 Thanks very much for the prompt reply. I dont mind MGM or NYNY but I do not want to get stuck at The Hyatt. Can we rule that one out all togehter based on the ammentities or would there still be a chance that I get stuffed with the Hyatt ? Post the response, I will be making a purchase so I will update the board and will use the link on the page to make my reservation.
AaronJB Posted October 26, 2011 Report Posted October 26, 2011 The amenity set with the third listing has been seen with NYNY and MGM Grand. The Hyatt Place chain does have a location in Vegas, but in a different zone.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
jupes Posted October 27, 2011 Author Report Posted October 27, 2011 I ended up going with the 4.5* south strip hotel for $211/night. It ended up being THEHOTEL/MANDALAY BAY as the board predicted. Very happy with this.
AaronJB Posted October 27, 2011 Report Posted October 27, 2011 Congrats on your success. :)Nice deal for this Vegas property! Glad you are looking forward to your stay.Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.Enjoy your stay.
