$45 bid rejected

$48 bid rejected

$50 bid rejected

$52 bid rejected

Willing to add Universal Area - Intl. Drive North into the mix, but was hoping to avoid it if at all possible.

This is my first time using Priceline (I used this forum's PRICELINE link), so my bidding strategy may not be top notch.

I realize a few things:

A) My bids are too low (it was worth a shot)

:) There are not many options Downtown, so I need to include another area or drop my star requirement to 3

C) I MAY be cutting it a little to close with only 3 weeks

Thoughts? Constructive criticism? I apologize if I drop this post into the wrong thread.

Thanks for all of your help thus far as I've been lurking.

Done and done, thanks. Forgot to mention that this was last night at around 8pm CST, so I plan on setting up a new series of bids tonight around the same time. Thanks again.

Not an issue... you're in a perfectly acceptable range.

How high are you willing to bid for the Downtown zone before adding I-Drive North to the mix?

Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board.

As silly and as lowball as it is, I'd say $60 is the highest max bid we're willing to use in any case. This is a spur-of-the-moment trip, and we already paid $400+ for concert tickets on top of our airfare, so our budget is as tight as you can get to non-existent. Downtown is ideal because it's close to the venue and we can cut down on cab fares. We have no problem with staying in a lower-class hotel, but we figured if using Priceline (by way of BetterBidding) to grab the nicest hotel possible was an option that we should take advantage.

Thank you.

At the 3.5* level you have FIVE re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

Select 3.5* Downtown Orlando...

Bid $50, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $52, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $54, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $56, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $58, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $60

As i suspect the above won't be enough for a 3.5* property in this zone, if/when the above is rejected, let us know then know if you'd then like to include I-Drive North in the mix OR lower your star rating to 3* and stick with the Downtown zone.
