This rate was actually my first bid! Maybe I should've started at $40, then moved to $45/$50 while going down a star level to 3*. Oh well, I'm still pretty happy, as the event we are going to is in Downtown. I was fully expecting to end up paying $50-60/night for some hotel in the RIC (Richmond Airport) area, which is about 6 miles away. So this was a nice surprise. Thanks again!
