I used the strategy discussed on the tips board of selecting a 4* in Midtown and Buckhead(desired areas) and then select areas that do not have 4*. I was hoping to get the a rate in the $60-$70 range but that was hard to come by based on two nights of bidding as well as looking a successful bids in the area.
