Hello

I am hoping to get a 4* at LAX for 1 night on 19 Feb 2012. I want to pay no more than $80. I have bid up to $75 but was rejected. (started bidding at $70 then added 4 rebid zones).

I note Hotwire has a 4* at LAX on that night for $78. Any idea what it might be?

Does Priceline allow me to try later, for example in a coupe of weeks, starting at a lower rate?

To get somebody to make an educated guess on that $78 Hotwire, you need to also post the amenities. The full list, so be sure to click on in where it says "see all amenities". Sometimes there are a couple more there.

Priceline does let you try later. Every 24 hours you get a clean slate. You can start at a higher or a lower rate.

The amenities above match both the Hilton and the Westin, so either of these would be my best guess for this one. Of the two i think the Hilton is a bit more likely, but you should be prepared for either.
