This property has not yet been reported to the board, and with just these two common amenities, i don't think we'll be able to gain much insight as they apply to most 3* hotels in the city.

What i'm guessing is the Holiday Inn 57th St seems to be offered for your dates at $237/nite if this is of any interest.

Unfortunately, this date is (at least traditionally in previous years) within a period from the last days of November to around the first week or so of December which is really the prime period for holiday shopping/festivities-related visiting and prices can get quite high. There aren't too many other options within the same price range on HOTWIRE for this date. There are some regular rate options around the city under $300, but they are more expensive than the HOTWIRE options and/or in different areas (Expedia has the Wyndham Garden Chelsea for $260 and TS for $269, as well as the East Houston for $249)

The Holiday Inn Select had previously been seen with this amenity set, but this property has since been converted to a Sheraton, and that would be my best guess for this one.
