psychoandy Posted October 8, 2011 Report Posted October 8, 2011 I was looking to travel to DC for 4 days, but due to some event going on it was really hard to get a good rate at the same hotel, so I split my reservations (but I also like checking out different hotels so it worked out). A previous poster had the Palomar from 10/14-10/16, and the same amenities popped up in my search (boutique, smoke free, fitness, restaurant, business, high speed internet) for about the same price. Not sure if this is reliable but when I did click on the hotel it showed 4.5 tripadvisor rating, and sure enough it was the Palomar.Thank you to thereuare for having an excellent website & tips for getting the best value for your money! Most hotels on the major retail hotel sites were at least 200-300/night during my timespan and a lot were unavailable (must be some kind of convention going on).
