This one is a bit of a bummer as it's the least desirable of the likely possibilities and is definitely a debatable move from 2.5* to 3*. Still, doesn't seem like it's awful (recent reviews have been OK) and it's only one night after making contributions to the Sands Bethlehem.

Sorry to see this is your least preferred hotel in the zone, but hopefully you can make this work well for your needs and you'll have found it to be a good value for the price paid.
