Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Madison (State Capitol - University - Central)

i'm looking at this hotel on hotwire for one nite, 1 adult, 1 kid, Nov 12 - $56, 3.5*, 90% recommended (in the State Capitol-University Central area)

i think it may be this one??

3.5* Concourse Hotel and Governors Club

Amenities: Shuttle, Restauant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business

this hotel has a higher rating on tripadvisor (#3 in madison) but i dont' see on TA the % recommended?? Hotwire says 90% recommended so i'm just assuming this is the hotel and not the other 3.5* (Hilton Monona or Sheridan Madison) both of which are ranked lower on TA.

any ideas?

I'm seeing the amenities in the post two above this one... this amenity set has previous been reported with the Sheraton Madison so that would be my best guess for this one.

thanks - i was hoping it was the Madison Concourse! oh well... we won't be taking this HOTWIRE deal this time. thanks again for the assistance.
