A property with this exactly amenity set has not yet been reported to the board. This might be the Westin with a new amenity set, but i'm certain. However, if you are interested in trying to target this property, go back to HOTWIRE and search for 3adults/0children and a 'new' 4* hotel appears for these dates with:

Resort, Beachfront, Oceanfront, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Childrens Activities

This matches previous reports for the Westin and would be my best guess for this 3adult property. The price when searching for 3adults may be a few dollars more than your 2adult search, but that would be the price for a bit more confidence in guessing the hotel you will receive, but the amenities show by HOTWIRE ensure a Beachfront location, and this offer shows a 4.0/5.0 Tripadvisor rating, so even if you were to receive something different, you can at least be assured that it's a well reviewed property.
