Rates are date specific, and Sunday nite is typically the least expensive nite of the week for hotels in NYC. So while the rate above is a very nice deal, it has little to do with your stay for the (Saturday) nite before, since rates for this Sunday win are likely somewhat cheaper then rates for your own stay.
