Decided to use The Chairman of the Board's (how about Administrator of the Board? New Blue Eyes?) advice from a previous post. Second attempt: 3.5* @ $65.Third attempt: Add Waterfront area and up bid to $70. Success!As always, thanks Thereuare for all you do here. And yes, I did use PRICELINE link from here.
