I looked at this offer for $19 - I want to get a cheaper price on Sunday to come home

Can I use this offer to purchase a ticket on Monday and fly on a sunday night. Or is the stand by rules only allow earlier flight the same day.

The way i interpret this feature is that it's same-day standby, but I would call the airline to confirm the specifics regarding this option. Also, note that even if their rules allow you to fly the previous day, as you're on stand-by, if you can't get on an earlier flight you're then stuck either sleeping at the airport or purchasing a last minute hotel room, which could ultimately cost you more than just buying the more expensive ticket for the times you actually want.
