Priceline Hotel: NYC November 10-14

Good Morning! I am new to this board, so I apologize in advance :)

I have a trip booked to NYC from Nov. 10-Nov. 14. I am interested in getting a 3 star hotel for around $150. I would like to stay in the midtown or soho areas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please confirm which zones would be acceptable - soho is part of the larger downtown/soho/financial district area and there are a number of Midtown zones. $150 may not be enough for a 3* for these dates; rates are high throughout a good portion of the first half of the Winter.

I'll add to the above that at the 3* level the MTE zone has some hotels which can be up to a 15 minute walk to the subway, and the CPS has the Hudson Hotel which while well located, has notoriously small rooms... would either/both of these outcomes be acceptable?
