hailkingleon Posted September 28, 2011 Report Posted September 28, 2011 Never been so upset with a hotel reservation in my life...Was bidding $120 all week for a 4/5 star room on the strip..Finally this property accepted by bid for $125. After tax 149.20Ugh. All we wanted was a room on the strip. I'd settle for the IP or any 3-star at this point.Priceline really screws you over in this. Its the only hotel thats in that category clearly not on the strip. You have to examine the detail map closely at the highest zoom level to see the property tucked away in the corner of the shaded area.So disappointing. I hope to make enough on the first night to warrant getting another decent room on the strip.This is for 10/1/11 btw. New to this forum. Didnt realize to put the details under the thread title.
