Chose the Dupont Circle zone at 80/night and was counter offered at 106. Plus $2 or 3 each time with additional zones added, and got the same hotel. Though it makes $111/night after tax, still it's handy as we'll stay in the same hotel. Used the PRICELINE link. Still have to get a night near IAD as we have a flight starting at 7am!
