Hotwire Hotel: 3* Atlanta (Smyrna-Vinings) Hyatt Place Smyrna

I'm using Expedia's unpublished rates, which i'm told is basically like using hotwire. I've used Expedia before and had reasonable luck. I've got a few choices and I'd love some help in Id'ing them.

Both are for Buckhead with check in date of 9/26 and checking out 9/27.

First up:

4.5* for $89

Next is:

3.5* for $63

The 4.5* has not yet been Id'd/reported to the board, but may be the Inter-Continental, upgraded to 4.5* from the previously reported 4*.

The 3.5* has also not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but may be the Marriott or the Doubletree (which was last reported as a 3*) back at the 3.5* level.

Content with these results as I've yet to have a bad experience with a Hyatt Place hotel. My travel companion loves them.
