I think the Delta Markham and the Best Western Parkway Inn North are both likely candidates, and either of these would be my best guess for this one.

For this Airport East property, these amenities are somewhat common in the area, but the Holiday Inn Airport East had been seen with this amenity set at the 3* level. This property has since changed hands and is now The Toronto Airport Hotel... i'd speculate that this property has been downgraded since changing hands and that would be my guess for this one.
