Hotwire Hotel: Help ID several Miami hotels

I'm going to stay in Miami (Beach) for two days on 11/26 to 11/28, and there are some hotels that have a decent price but that I don't know the name of. These are:

South Beach - Ocean Drive area Hotel

3.5* Boutique Hotel, Near Beach, Restaurants (approx $155)

South Beach - Oceanfront Collins area Hotel

3* Beachfront Property, Complimentary Breakfast, Pool, Spa Services (approx $168)

2.5* Boutique Hotel, Beachfront Property, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, High Speed Internet, Golf, Tennis, Spa Services (approx $166)

Can anyone help ID'ing these hotels for me? I will use the HOTWIRE link on this forum if I book on Hotwire.

None of the properties above have been reported to the board as-is, but my best guess for the 3.5* Ocean Drive property would be the Avalon.

Best guess for the 3* Oceanfront hotel is the South Seas Hotel, and my guess for the 2.5* is a new amenity set and star rating for the Marseilles Hotel.
