Clean, recently renovated, although the complimentary continental breakfast is a little stingy compared to what you'd find at a Hampton Inn or similar, because Hyatt wants to sell you the upgraded hot options for a few extra dollars instead. Can't complain for $57.00 including tax and hotwire fees. Note, the distinguishing amenity between this hotel and the 3* LaQuinta in the same zone on Hotwire is guest laundry. LaQuinta shows guest laundry, Hyatt Place does not! Also look for the 95% guest satisfaction score on Hotwire listing for this zone for the Hyatt Place.
