ShubertAlleyCat Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 Searching for hotel on Hotwire for 10/18/11 - 10/20/11. 4* hotel in the Mag Mile / Streeterville area is appearing for $147/night. Amenities include:BoutiqueSmoke-freeFitnessRestaurantBusiness centerHigh-speed internetSearching the list on this site led me to these three possible hotels:Hotel SaxHotel FelixHotel PalomarHotwire also says this hotel is recommended in 100% of reviews. Does this help narrow down these three choices? When I book, I will definitely use the links through the site! Thanks,ShubertAlleyCat
AaronJB Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 The listing is a possible match for the Sax/Felix/Palomar.A tripadvisor rating is useful in terms of narrowing down the possibilities, but unfortunately one isn't showing with this listing. The HOTWIRE customer % rating isn't a particularly reliable indicator as it has been seen to change from search-to-search at times. Be willing to expect any of the three, but 100% - if actually a reliable indicator in this instance - would make me lean towards the Sax or Palomar. Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
FrankoNOR Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 It's Hotel Palomar. I just booked the same hotel on Friday for my stay in mid November, and it was Hotel Palomar.

thereuare Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 It's Hotel Palomar. I just booked the same hotel on Friday for my stay in mid November, and it was Hotel Palomar. While the property above certainly could be The Palomar, note that the other two hotels mentioned (and potentially others) use the same exact amenity set, so it could just as easily be one of the other similarly looking before purchase properties. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
