Hotwire Hotel: Help with ID of 2.5 or 3 star in Puerto Plata

I have two options for Puerto Plata for September 24th to 26th:

One is a 3 star for $76 CAD per night: all inclusive, beachfront, resort, food and beverages included, a la carte dining options, water sports/ocean activities included, evening entertainment included, daily activities included, complimentary breakfast

The other is a 2.5 star for $94 CAD per night: all inclusive, beachfront, resort, food and beverages included, a la carte dining options, evening entertainment included, daily activities included, children's activity program, fitness center

Any idea what these could be? Location is important for me. Thanks!
