Priceline Hotel: 3.5* NYC (Downtown-Soho) World Center

Hello,

Would like help on how to bid for a NYC Hotel 3* and higher from October 8-15. Would like to pay maximum $150/night for a 3 star hotel. Am not having much luck. Have bid up to $160/night.

Chosen zones Central park south, Chelsea area, downtown soho, Empire State, Hell's Kitchen, Madison Square Garden, Midtown East, Midtown West, Times Square, Upper West, and Upper East.

We do not mind splitting the price line bid. What do you suggest are the best days to split. We also do not mind if the room is small or if the hotel is 15min walk from the subway.

Also, if $150 is too low, then what should we go up to. Maximum we would like to pay is $180/night for a 3 star.

Bid got rejected. Can you suggest strategy for splitting up the bid. Since we are splitting up bid can we try $180 for 3.5 stars. We are flexible on dates to split out.

You can follow the strategy above, but using 3.5* instead of 3*, with the following date combinations:

10/8-10/15 (if it's been more than 24 hours since previous bid attempt, otherwise skip this and begin with next date sequence)

10/8-10/14

10/9-10/15

10/8-10/13

10/10-10/15

10/8-10/12

10/11-10/15
