Hotwire Scarborough has a 3* at $92 and a Downtown West at $163. I'd guess you are going to have to be quite a bit more aggressive in your Priceline bidding to succeed. Tough town for your dates.

They gave a Courtyard by Marriot

expensive IMO, but hope the recent renovation is nice!
