Hi all,

3* Kihei Area Hotel (near beach, pool, tennis)

I've been trying id this Kihei area hotel but am not having luck! Because it does not indicate 1BR I assume it's not one of the condo properties. Anyone have any idea? Aston Lu and Days Inn I would believe are 2* only?

The date I searched was a one night stay on 10/30/11...checking out 10/31/11

The other clue that it's not a resort is when you get the step where Hotwire shows you the total + taxes the taxes don't appear to include any condo fees.

This property has not yet yet been reported to the board, but it is a hotel room, and not a Condo property... condo properties have a specific condo icon which is used.

Do you need a Condo for this stay?

Actually I'm looking for just a hotel because I'm staying for just 1 night. Condo's have a condo fee that makes them more costly. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve my process of elimination?

With so few amenities, which are common to the area, i'm not sure how you'll be able to narrow it down.

HOTWIRE now usually will show if a property has a resort fee in the "know before your go" section, and this property does not show any such fee. This is not 100% guaranteed, but it does minimize the chances of their being an additional resort fee.
